Go to shop.ethought.com and then to the section called email accounts.  Choose which domain name you would like.  Send us an email to:

orders@ethought.com

In the email, give us your requested email address.  For example, let's say you choose a domain name of 23PSALM.INFO and you want to use the name "Lindsay".  Your requested email address would be LINDSAY@23PSALM.INFO

We will setup the email account for you (assuming that it is not already taken) and provide you with the startup passwords, etc.
