1. January and February (January is on one side and February is on the reverse side).
2. March and April (March is on one side and April is on the reverse side).
3. May and June (May is on one side and June is on the reverse side).
4. July and August (July is on one side and August is on the reverse side).
5. September and October (September is on one side and October is on the reverse side).
6. November and December (November is on one side and December is on the reverse side).
